   TODAY MANY PEOPLE ARE IN DEPRESSION here say that the      information of depression AND How running get benefit to you mentally fit. 40% person are not fit to a mentally ,This person goes into Depression,it result may be people attempt to sucide.

WEIGHT LOSS -Weight loss is a most biggest effect to our body due to a your mentally fitness,feeling a depression.You are not mentally fit then your cells are die.Today life people are not mentally fit,in case of student life are effected in that large computation in there education.Many people are follows a jobs in that that jobs are private or gov. jobs.The pressure of parent thus the student are in depression.

INSOMNIA/SLEEPLESSNESS -In case of human beings there are the babies are sleep averaging 16 hours, teen years are sleep averaging 9 hours and adult required to sleep averaging 7 to 8 hours.There are 70 different type of sleep disorders,In this most common disorder is insomnia it have also say sleeplessness or sleep disorder.In which people are trouble to sleeping.They may have many difficult falling asleep.Insomnia followed by main reason is day-time sleepiness,low energy,irritability,hormonal imbalances,weight gain,slower reaction time, memory problem,depression,headaches.

No matter how you may hate to admit it or believe it , you do cause your own stress.When you allow the situation in life to affect you internally, you  have given power to that particular situation by feeling  stress.Running allow you to focus more on your  breathing and the scenery around you.The deep breathing soothes the feeling of fear and/or anxiety that are associated with stress.Running is like a release button To  the stress that accumulates in your body.
When you are running on a regular basis, your self-esteem slowly start to increase.You start to feel good about yourself,whether it is the weight loss,weight maintenance ,or the health benefits that you receive.
As you  have the energy and endurance to run, it gives you a sense of needing to take care of your body, so you are less likely  to eat foods that are not good for you,or partake in any unhealthy behavior.You see the benefit s that running gives you, and you have a sense of pride and respect for your body.
Running is a great way to feel free-free from all the challenges
sometimes delivers.When you are running, there is a sense of freedom.
You can go where you want at the speed you want, and no one
and no thoughts can hinder this freedom.You automatically feel a sense of release from the demanding boss,nagging children,or pushy creditors.
Even if for only a moment,you are free and in your own place of silence and calmness that is soothing to both your body and mind.Sometimes it takes physical activity to really quiet our minds -something that is not easy to achieve in modern society.
